By placing an order you agree to these terms and to the research use policy. If you do not agree, do not order.

Buyer responsibility

You are responsible for confirming that possession and use of the material is lawful in your jurisdiction, for handling and storing it safely, and for disposing of it appropriately. You confirm you are qualified to do so.

Intended use

Material is sold for laboratory research only. Any other use is outside the scope of this sale and outside anything LGA BioLabs authorises or accepts responsibility for.

Documentation

Certificates of analysis describe the specific lot they name. They are not warranties about other lots, nor statements of fitness for any particular purpose.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change. Where a lot sells out, the listing shows the next released lot and its certificate.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LGA BioLabs' liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
