Dispatch

Orders are stored and fulfilled from the United States. Orders placed before midday on a business day are typically dispatched the same day; orders placed later go out the following business day.

Handling

Material is stored at 2–8 °C and packed to maintain temperature in transit. On arrival, transfer to 2–8 °C storage promptly and keep protected from light.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed at dispatch, along with the lot number and certificate link for each item in the shipment.

International orders

Availability depends on the destination and on local import rules. Any duties, taxes, or import charges are the recipient's responsibility. Contact us with your country before ordering.

Delivery problems

If a shipment arrives damaged, at the wrong temperature, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photographs. See the returns policy.
